Douglas Cromwell

Douglas earned a certificate in culinary arts from Indiana University of Pennsylvania Academy of Culinary Arts in 1995. After joining Esther’s dream of opening a premier senior living home, he became a Registered Nurse, graduating top in his class from North Carolina Central University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Douglas takes pride in the standard of care Avendelle is now able to offer to its valued residents.

In addition to being able to support franchisees with nursing-related questions, Douglas is involved in all aspects of operations…  From site selection and the licensure process to day-to-day operations.  Douglas is always happy to lend a helping hand.
